Questions
How does my purchase reach my Canva account?
Open this page from Zigzaggle in Canva (See Zigzaggle plans and AI picture packs, at the bottom of the app). The link carries a private ticket for your Canva account, good for two hours, so there is no new account or password.
How many mazes can I make for free?
The free plan adds 5 mazes a day to your designs. Trying mazes in the app, drawing new ones, changing a maze you added and answer pages never count. The count starts again every day at midnight UTC. Pro adds as many mazes as you like.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time, with Manage Zigzaggle subscription in the app or on this page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to Free.
Who takes the payment?
Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They take the card, add sales tax or VAT where it applies and send your receipt. We never see your card details.
Do pack pictures expire?
No. They stay in your account until you use them. Uninstalling the app deletes your account, unused pack pictures included.
What counts as one AI picture?
One drawing of your subject. A background scene drawn with it is part of the same picture. A drawing that fails is not counted, and using a picture you drew before is free.
What happens to my mazes if Pro ends?
Every maze you added stays in your designs. New mazes use the free options.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes. Mazes you make with Zigzaggle can go into your own products, printed puzzle books included. The Terms have the details.
