This policy explains what Zigzaggle for Canva (the "app") keeps about you, why, and how to have it deleted. Contact: hello@zigzaggle.com.

What we keep

• Your Canva identifiers. The user and team IDs that Canva gives the app. Canva does not give us your name or email.
• Your plan and purchases. Subscription and order IDs, status and dates from Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy keeps your name, email, address and payment details. We never receive your card number.
• Your mazes. The settings of each maze you add, so you can select it later and change it.
• Your photos. Photos you upload or pick in a design to make a photo maze.
• Your AI pictures. The descriptions and styles you choose, and the pictures made, so you can use them again.
• Technical logs. Requests and errors, kept for a short time by our host to keep the app working and safe.

Why

To run the app, give you what you paid for, let you edit your mazes again, stop abuse and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the app, its database and its file storage.
• Lemon Squeezy takes payments as our merchant of record.
• PoYo draws AI pictures. It receives your description and style, not your Canva identity.

How long

We keep your data while you have the app. Uninstalling it in Canva deletes your account and everything listed above, except records Lemon Squeezy must keep by law. To have your data deleted sooner, write to us.

Your rights

You can ask what we keep about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@zigzaggle.com from the email on your purchase receipt, or tell us your order number.

Security

Everything travels over encrypted connections, and access to stored data is limited to what the app needs.

Children

The app is a tool for adults, such as teachers, parents and creators, who make activities. It is not meant for children to use on their own.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
