These terms cover Zigzaggle for Canva (the "app"), the Canva app that makes mazes, and this website. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Questions: hello@zigzaggle.com.

Your account

The app works inside Canva and knows you by the Canva account and team you use it with. There is no separate sign-up. Canva's own terms apply to your use of Canva.

Plans and payments

• The free plan is free. Zigzaggle Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly that renews until you cancel it.
• You can cancel Pro at any time in the app (Manage Zigzaggle subscription) or on the pricing page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• AI picture packs are bought once. Their pictures do not expire, cannot be moved to another account and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under their terms. They add sales tax or VAT where it applies and send your receipts.
• If prices change, a subscription keeps its price until its next renewal after we tell you.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a purchase, write to hello@zigzaggle.com with your order number. Refunds are made through Lemon Squeezy. A refunded pack's pictures are taken back from your account.

Your photos and words

Photos you upload and descriptions you write stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use them. You let us store and process them only to make your mazes and run the app.

AI pictures

AI pictures are drawn by a third-party image service from your description. We check descriptions and may decline some. Do not ask for pictures of real people without permission, or for other people's characters, logos or brands. Results vary and may look like other pictures.

Using what you make

You may use the mazes you make with the app, with the pictures in them, in personal and commercial projects, including products you sell such as printed puzzle books. You may not resell or share the app's templates, sample pictures or tiles on their own, or use the app to build a competing maze service.

Fair use

Do not use the app for anything illegal or harmful, do not try to get around its limits or security, and do not use automated tools on it. We may suspend an account that does.

The service

We work to keep the app running and improving, and we may change or remove features. The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling the app in Canva cancels an active subscription (it ends with the period already paid) and deletes your account data: saved maze settings, uploaded photos, AI pictures and unused pack pictures. Mazes already in your designs stay there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
